Here are examples of how some of our customers decided to bring the sun into their homes. We would love the opportunity to show you how this simple change in your house can bring so much joy into your life.
This sunroom is typical of what we have found most homeowners want for their homes. It is wide open to the interior of the rest of the house with a great view of the backyard. With the small deck accessible from the sunroom, it acts as a very nice transition to the outdoor entertainment areas of the home.
Note the trapezoidal windows at the top of the gable wall. These add an incredible sense of being a part of the outdoors to our sunrooms with vaulted ceilings.
Here, you can see the effect of these windows from the inside of the addition. The addition of skylights is also an often requested feature in our sunrooms, and the combination with recessed ceiling lighting can be truely inspiring on nights when the stars are out.
We use very energy efficient Low-E glazed windows for our sunrooms. They are made with a thin metallic film between two glass panes that selectively rejects some energy wavelengths, which greatly reduces heat transfer and minimizes fading of furniture and carpets. These windows can greatly reduce the amount of energy required to heat and cool your home.
A sunroom can bring sunlight and air into your home without sacrificing the comfort of the great indoors. They can extend your kitchen or living room, or be used as a solarium or hot tub room. No matter what you want to do with your sunroom, it will be enjoyed year around.
...I would like to commend your crew. We have never had work done on our home in a more timely and craftsman like manner. Eleven days for a job of this size was extraordinary. The neat condition of the job site at the end of each day demonstrated a commitment to excellence not often found today...
